This weekend, we are heading out of town so I can attend a faith-based conference for homeschool families!
The main session is a time of encouragement of the goodness in homeschooling, even through the hard times. Afterwards, I am going to a breakout session that focuses on the role and involvement of dads in the homeschool realm of his family.
I am excited to learn more on this topic and how we can help families bridge the gaps and approach homeschool in a holistic way.
As Jay mentioned in a previous post, I have been praying for direction and wisdom in the next season of ministry and I believe it is in discipling homeschool moms and kids.
Please pray for our travel, the conference, continued guidance from God on next steps, and time with friends/partners in the area.
